I am on a journey to help people be healthy for life by highlighting the good advice in the health and fitness space. I started reading fitness magazines in high school and as I learned and helped others I have been shocked at the amount of bad information that is spread. I’m tired of people making decisions based on what influencers recommend. It’s time for things to change.

Take control

The only way you’re going to get to where you want to go is if you take control. No one is going to take you there without you doing the work. It has to be you. My goal is to help highlight ways for you to get there and provide some encouragement but YOU have to be the one taking action. Where you are today is the result of the actions you’ve made up to this point in your life. Where you end up tomorrow depends on what you do today.
